Aussie crumbed sausages recipe

- 12 thin sausages
- 8 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- 4 tablespoon Fresh parsley
- 4 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
- 4 tablespoon Slivered almonds
- 1 tsp dried basil leaves
- 2 egg
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon grainy mustard
Simmer the pricked sausages in a large pot of boiling water for 10 minutes.
Drain, let it cool, remove the skins and set aside.
Put the dry ingredients into a food processor. Then, pour into a bowl.
In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients.
Dip each sausage into the wet ingredients. Then, coat them with the dry ingredients.
Fry the crumbed sausages until golden brown. Enjoy!
