- 250 g sugar free soy yoghurt
- 250 g sugar free soy milk
- 40 g maize starch
- salt
- 200 g sugar free vegetable cream
- black pepper

Mix all the ingredients, except the cream.
2. Step
Add the starch diluted with a drop of soy milk.
3. Step
Cook over medium heat until it changes consistency and becomes solid and quite elastic.
4. Step
Remove from the heat, pour into a bowl and leave to thicken for 24 hours in the fridge.
5. Step
Cut the solid part into strips. Transfer them to a bowl and add the vegetable cream.
