This easy recipe teaches how to make the best homemade Rocky Road ice cream using Thermomix. Don't miss it!
Ingredients
- 50 g chocolate
- 400 g whipping cream
- 100 g milk
- 80 g sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 50 g almonds
- 50 g white chocolate
- 50 g mini chocolates

Directions
Place 50 g of chocolate in the mixing bowl for 10 seconds at speed 9.
Add cream, milk, sugar, salt, vanilla and egg yolks. Mix for 8 minutes at 80°C, speed 4.
Add cocoa. Mix for 10 seconds on speed 5.
Cool and place in a container to freeze for 4 hours.
Wash glass and dry, put almonds 1 second on turbo, remove from glass.
Add white chocolate for 10 seconds on speed 6.
Remove ice cream from the freezer and put it in the mixing bowl for 15 seconds at speed 9.
Add white chocolate, almonds and chocolates for 10 seconds at speed 1, reverse rotation.
Finish mixing with a spatula in a baking dish and freeze for 3 hours.
Serve and enjoy.
