Prawns in curry sauce
- 500 g shrimps
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 sweet onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 paprika
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 150 g broccoli
- ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoon Curry
- 1 tablespoon Wheat flour
- 350 ml coconut milk
- 1 lime
- 150 g long rice
Peel the prawns and sauté them over high heat in a frying pan with oil. When they are golden brown on both sides, remove them.
Cut the onion and peppers into julienne strips and sauté them over medium heat in the same frying pan. When the onion is transparent, add the broccoli cut into florets and cook.
Season with salt and pepper. Add a little curry and flour. Then, stir well. Pour in the coconut milk and cook for 5 minutes. At the last minute, squeeze in the lime and stir again.
Pour the rice into a pot with boiling water and salt, and cook the prawns for 12 minutes.
Drain and cool to cut the cooking time. Serve, garnish with chopped coriander and enjoy!
