This recipe is the easiest way to make the most delicious spinach pie. With egg and cheese, spinach pie is even better!

- 125 g spinach
- 2 eggs
- 100 g cheese
- 30 g cream butter
- 180 g sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 6 tablespoon fine flour
- 10 g baking soda
Wash and dry the spinach. Slice and sauté in oil. Add butter and cook for 5 minutes. Leave to cool.
Boil some eggs and cut them. Grate cheese on a large grater. Mix spinach eggs and cheese.
Mix the sour cream, eggs, sugar and salt. Add flour and baking powder. Knead the dough.
Pour 1/2 of the batter into a mould, smooth out, spread the filling out evenly and fill with the other half of the batter. Bake at 180° C for 25 minutes.
Remove from heat. Serve and enjoy.
