Make a Japanese rolled omelette as an easy breakfast egg dish!

- 3 egg
- 1 tablespoon crystal sugar
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1⁄2 tsp soy sauce
- 1⁄4 tsp fish stock powder
Whisk the eggs, then add the rest of the ingredients. Pour 1/4 of the mixture into a heated greased pan. Once it's cooked, roll the omelette up. Lift it, pour in 1/3 of the remaining egg mixture, put the cooked roll back in and once the new layer is cooked, roll up again. Repeat twice more. Enjoy!
