- 300 g self-rising flour
- 40 g sugar
- 2 egg
- 50 ml milk
- 30 g butter
- 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoon liqueur
- Seed oil
- confectionery sugar
- chocolate

Directions
1. Step
In a bowl, put flour, sugar, milk, eggs, melted butter, grated lemon peel, and the liqueur. Mix until obtaining a homogeneous dough.
2. Step
Roll out the loaf on a well-floured surface with a rolling pin until obtaining a thin sheet. Then, cut it into rectangles and engrave two strips inside.
3. Step
Let it rest for a few minutes before frying in hot oil. Brown both sides by turning the chatter with tongs, and then place them on a sheet of absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
4. Step
Sprinkle with icing sugar and a drizzle of melted chocolate. Enjoy!
