- 23⁄4 cups all-purpose flour

Filling
- 1 cup hazelnuts
- 1⁄3 cup sugar
- 1⁄3 cup butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Frosting
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoon milk
- 1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup icing sugar
