- 1 cup lukewarm milk
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 1 tsp yeast
- 23⁄4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1⁄2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup hazelnuts
- 1⁄3 cup sugar
- 1⁄3 cup butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoon milk
- 1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup icing sugar
In a bowl add the lukewarm milk, yeast, baking powder & sugar. Then, add the butter and mix well.
Add on top the flour. Mix, knead, cover and set aside.
Toast the hazelnuts for 5 minutes. Then, remove the skin.
In a pan, add the ingredients for the filling: sugar, butter, and chocolate chips.
Blend everything until obtaining a smooth filling.
Place the dough on a work surface. Flatten it with a roller pin.
Spread the filling over the dough.
Roll it from the wide angle and cut it into 8 pieces.
Bake for around 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
Take it out and pour the frosting on top. Enjoy!
