- 4 oz self-rising flour
- 2 pinches salt
- 2 egg
- 1 splash milk
- 4 tsp grated onion
- 12 oz canned beef
Combine the flour, salt, herbs, eggs, and milk to make a batter. Then add onion and corned beef.
Heat oil or butter in a pan. Add the batter by spoons, making about 16 fritters. Cook for 5 minutes on each side. Enjoy!
