- 12 oz tomatoes
- 1 garlic knob
- 14 chilies
- 6 shallots
- 1⁄2 cup coriander
- 21⁄2 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tsp chicken bouillon powder
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Roast the tomatoes, chilies, garlic, and chopped shallots for 15 minutes.
Let the vegetables cool, then mix together in a food processor. Add cilantro, fish sauce, chicken bouillon powder, and salt according to taste.
Use as a dipping sauce or add to any meal to elevate your cooking. Enjoy!
