Ingredients
- 1 Cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon of white sugar
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1⁄4 teaspoon of salt
- 3⁄4 Cup of buttermilk
- 1⁄4 Cup of milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbls of unsalted butter, melted
- Cooking spray or additional butter for pan
- Maple syrup and fresh fruits for serving

In a medium-sized bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, milk, egg, and melted butter.
Gradually add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until the batter is combined. Be careful not to over mix.
Heat a large pan or griddle over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray or butter.
