- 500 g white chocolate
- 20 g coconut oil
- 35 g Desiccated Coconut
- 100 g marshmallows
- 150 g chopped Turkish delight
- 80 g chopped pistachios

Directions
1. Step
Line the base and sides of an 18cm x 28cm rectangular slice tray with baking paper.
2. Step
Place the white chocolate and coconut oil into a heatproof, microwave-safe bowl. Melt them and remove them from the microwave and stir until smooth.
3. Step
Stir through the coconut, marshmallows, Turkish Delight and pistachios.
4. Step
Spread the mixture into the prepared baking tray and place in the fridge for 2 hours.
5. Step
Use a sharp knife to cut into slices. Serve and enjoy!
