- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups water
- 1⁄2 cup salt
- 2 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1⁄2 tsp black pepper
Make the chicken brine by dissolving salt in water, and let the chicken breasts sit in it for 6 hours.
