- 16 zucchini flowers
- 12 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- 5 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
- 7 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 sprig parsley topping
Clean the squash blossoms by removing the inner stalk, the outer pistils and the stem if present, then rinses and dry them well by patting them dry.
Place the breadcrumbs, a pinch of salt, the Parmesan cheese, and the finely chopped parsley in a bowl and mix.
Put the oil in another dish, dip the zucchini flowers in the oil, let them drain well, dip them in the breadcrumbs and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Once all the zucchini flowers have been placed on the baking tray, drizzle with oil, add a pinch of salt and bake in a static oven for 20 minutes at 180°C. Enjoy!
