- sunflower oil
Peel and finely slice the cassava.
Place the sliced cassava in a bowl with water for 10 minutes. Then, strain the water and dry them well.
In a frying pan with plenty of vegetable oil, fry the cassava chips.
Place them in a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Add salt and serve with your favourite sauces!
