- 250 g chocolate
- white chocolate
Crush the biscuits in a food processor.
Add the cream cheese. Mix until a homogeneous texture is obtained.
Roll into balls with your hands and freeze for 15 minutes in the freezer.

Dip each truffle and leave to set on paper.
Draw the spider legs on baking paper and leave to set.
