Cook and drain your noodles. Prepare the dressing by combining all the ingredients for it. In a bowl, add the noodles, tomatoes cut in half, sliced onion, cooked prawns, coriander, mint, chilli pepper, and pour in the dressing. Mix well, garnish with crushed peanuts and fried onions, and enjoy!
