This easy recipe teaches how to make the best homemade no-bake Toblerone cheesecake.
- 1 Cup Chocolate biscuits crumbs
- 76 g butter
- 500 g cream cheese
- 100 g sugar
- 1⁄2 Cup heavy cream
- 227 g Toblerone Chocolate
In a bowl combine the melted butter and biscuit crumbs. Mix well. Then, pour into the tin and evenly coat the bottom. Place in the refrigerator to set.
Melt the chopped Toblerone. and set aside.
In a large bowl, place the cream cheese. Mix using a hand mixer until smooth.
Add sugar and cream. Mixing until well combined and scraping down the bowl as needed. Add the Toblerone and mix until the mixture is evenly chocolate-coloured.
Pour the filling over the chilled base. Cover with cling film and place in the refrigerator for 5 hours.
Unmould and cut into slices. Serve with extra grated Toblerone, whipped cream and berries. Enjoy!
