- Dried Tomatoes
- extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 bay leaves
- balls black pepper
- Fresh Rosemary
Heat some olive oil and add a spoonful of water. Then, bring it to a boil. Once it reaches 100 ºC, remove from the heat and leave to cool for 5 minutes.
Add the garlic and aromatic herbs and then the sundried tomatoes. Leave to cool.
Put the tomatoes and herbs in a glass jar and cover it with the oil, filling the jar to the top.
Close it and keep it cold for weeks. Take out the tomato you are going to use and put it back in the fridge. You can reuse the oil several times. Enjoy!
