- 100 ml water
- 200 ml crystal sugar
Put water and sugar in a saucepan and put on the stove over a moderate flame. Bring to a boil and, without stirring, let it simmer for 4 minutes or until the mixture reaches the consistency of a " syrup ".
Remove from the heat and let it cool. Once cold, the sugar syrup can be used immediately or stored in a well-capped bottle placed in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
