- 130 ml water
- 300 g fine salt
- 200 g fine flour
Mix the flour and salt in a bowl.
Knead with your hands. Add slowly the water. Work the dough for 20 minutes until it becomes firm, homogeneous, elastic and malleable.
The dough is ready when it is not sticky, it does not crumble and you can form a ball without cracks.
Wrap the freshly prepared dough in plastic wrap. Set aside for 1 hour.
Knead again to make the dough softer and more homogeneous. The salt dough is ready!
