- 400 ml coconut milk
- 3 tablespoon Tamarind paste
- 2 tablespoon massaman curry paste
- 100 g Palm sugar
- 50 g crushed roasted peanuts
- fish sauce or salt
Heat 1/4 of the coconut milk and the curry paste in a saucepan, stirring constantly until the oil comes out.
Add the rest of the coconut milk, roasted peanuts, tamarind paste, palm sugar and a bit of fish sauce or salt if necessary.
Cook for a couple of minutes until everything is well incorporated and it is ready to accompany the chicken satay. Enjoy!
