- 1 red radicchio
- 1 sweet corn
- 3 carrots
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 3 radishes
- 1 avocado
- pine nuts
- Parmesan Cheese
- extra virgin olive oil
- black sesame seeds
Cook the corn and shell it. Then, put it in a bowl.
Cut the radicchio, carrots, cherry tomatoes, radishes and avocado and add to the bowl.
Place the garlic, pine nuts, basil, grated Parmesan cheese and olive oil in a blender. Blend. Add salt and pepper.
Serve in a bowl. Add the pesto sauce and sprinkle with black sesame. Enjoy.
