- 1⁄4 teaspoon red chilli flakes
- 1 diced zucchini
- 250 g mushroom
- 30 ml dry sherry
- 200 ml double cream
- 30 g parmesan
- 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley
- ground black pepper

Cook the pasta and save the water. Heat oil in a pan and start sauteing diced onion. Add chopped onion and chilli flakes. Next add diced zucchini and mushrooms, and cook for 7-8 minutes, till soft.
