- 4 chokes
- 300 g milk
- 30 g butter
- 50 g self-rising flour
- 1⁄2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp vege salt
Peel the chokes, chop them up, and boil in salted water for 20 minutes. Then remove from the saucepan and drain.
Add all the other ingredients to the saucepan and mix into a creamy sauce. Turn off the heat, add the chokes, mix and serve!
