- 2 eggs
- 4 stalks spring onion
- 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 paprika
- 1⁄2 onion
- 8 oz cooked ham
- salt and pepper
- 4 slices Muenster cheese
Beat the eggs, add salt, pepper, and 2 tbsp chopped spring onions.
In cooking oil, saute chopped tomatoes, pepper, onion, and ham. Remove from the pan into a bowl.
Pour the eggs into the pan, and start frying your omelet. Place cheese slices and the sauteed vegetables on top of one half, then fold your omelet in half. Let cook.
Move to a plate, garnish with spring onion and enjoy!
