- 2 zucchinis
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 1 rowan
- 11⁄2 tsp lemon juice
- 1⁄4 cup grated cheese
- black pepper
Chop up the zucchini, mince the garlic, and slice the scallion. Melt butter in a pan on medium heat, and add the zucchini and garlic. Cook for a few minutes.
Add the scallion, lemon juice, and cheese. Season with salt and pepper, and serve!
