VIDEORECIPE Authentic Mongolian Beef Stir-Fry
Make this easy crispy meat with soy sauce and spring onion!

- 450 g beef tenderloin
- 35 g maize starch
- 80 ml vegetable oil
- 10 g chopped ginger
- 10 g chopped garlic
- 80 ml soy sauce
- 80 ml water
- 50 g brown sugar
- 4 stalks spring onion
Cut the meat into thin strips, and mix them with the cornstarch. Heat vegetable oil and add the meat strips. Cook for 1 minute on high heat. Then remove from the pan.
Add garlic and ginger to the pan and saute for 15 seconds on high heat. Then add soy sauce, sugar, and water. Bring to a boil, then add a diluted solution of 1 tbsp cornstarch and 1 tbsp water. Mix well.
Add the meat strips and cut-up green onion stalks, cook for 30 seconds on medium heat, take off the heat, serve and enjoy!
