- Tagliata meat
- Mix of spices
- sunflower oil or olive oil
- 5 arugula
- 10 basil
- 1 tablespoon pine nuts
- 1 tbsp milk
- 2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
Dry the meat and season it lightly with finely chopped herbs such as salt, garlic, rosemary, bay leaves, sage, marjoram, fennel, juniper, and thyme.
Once the frying pan is hot, place the meat in it and leave it to cook for about 3 minutes per side. As soon as it is well sealed, you can serve it.
To make the pesto add the basil leaves, arugula leaves, Parmesan cheese and milk.
Drizzle in the sunflower oil until the mixture is covered and whisk until obtaining a spread.
To serve, cut the meat in small bites.
