This is the best stuffed couscous you've ever seen! Easy to make and tastes amazing.
- 1 cup corn flakes
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 onion
- 150 g grated cheese
- 150 g bacon
- 400 g dried meat
- 1 tablespoon butter
In a bowl, add the corn flakes, salt to taste and mix. Then add water and mix again. Let it hydrate for 15 minutes.
In the couscous bowl, add water and then add couscous. Cover and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes.
In a frying pan, add a dash of oil, eggs, and the chopped onion and let it fry. Then, add salt to taste, grated cheese and stir again until the cheese melts and set aside.
In the same frying pan, add the chopped bacon and let it fry. Then, add the cooked, shredded and desalted dried meat and mix well.
Now add the couscous and the butter. Mix.
Add the mixture we made earlier, mix and then add parsley and chives to taste.
Mix well and place in a baking dish.
