- 500 g ground beef
- 1⁄2 onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 potato
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp sugar
- 5 tablespoon tomato puree
- 20 Olives
- 30 raisins
- 2 tablespoon Dry wine
- olive oil
- bay leaf
In a medium-sized frying pan, cook diced potatoes until golden brown, and put them on a plate on the side.
In the same frying pan, cook the onion and garlic with a drizzle of oil until soft, about 1 minute.
Add the cumin, the oregano and the bay leaf.
Add salt. the diced red and green peppers and mix. Then, add the tomato puree and the sugar.
Add the meat, olives, dry wine and raisins.
Add the diced potatoes and cook for 15 to 20 minutes over medium heat.
The savoury mince is ready to eat. Enjoy!
