- 2 l water
- 1 cup semolina sugar
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 14 guavas
- 2 small apples
- 1 pear
- 1 small can pineapple in syrup
- 1 sugar cane
Bring the water, sugar and cinnamon to a boil.
Blend half of the guavas, seeds and all. Once the water starts to boil add the strained guavas. Cook for 10 minutes.
Cut the guavas, apples and pears. All with peel and well washed. Peel the cane and cut it into smaller and thinner pieces.
Add all the chopped fruit and boil for another 10 minutes.
After this time, turn it off and leave it to rest. Serve and enjoy.
