  • 4 oz cream cheese Added to
  • 312 oz grated parmesan Added to
  • 13 cup mayonnaise Added to
  • 14 cup spring onions Added to
  • 1 lb round loaf bread Added to

Directions

1. Step

Combine spinach soufflé, cream cheese, 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise and green onions in a large bowl.

2. Step

Cut off the top of the loaf of bread; carefully remove soft bread from inside, leaving a 1/2-inch-thick shell.

3. Step

Cut the top and soft bread into small pieces.

4. Step

Pour spinach mixture into bread bowl; sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Wrap bread in foil, leaving the filling exposed.

5. Step

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes in preheated 400° F oven.

6. Step

Serve warm with bread crusts for dipping.
