- 1 pcs Medium-sized cucumber
- 200 g mozzarella
- 2 spoons Olive oils
- salt and pepper to taste
- Bunch of basil

Wash the tomatoes and cucumber and cut them into slices about 0.5 cm thick.
2. Step
Slice the mozzarella in a similar thickness to the tomatoes and cucumber.
3. Step

On a large plate, layer alternating slices of tomato, mozzarella and cucumber.
