Pasta with Bear's Garlic
A recipe for quick pasta with bear's garlic, which you can prepare in a short time.

- 400 g pasta
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1⁄2 kl salt
Sauce
- 2 handfuls Bear's garlic
- 2 pcs cloves of garlic
- 100 g parmesan
- 150 ml whipped cream
- 1⁄2 kl ground black pepper

1. Step
Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package. When they're cooked, drain the water and toss them in olive oil.
2. Step
In the meantime, prepare the sauce. Rinse the wild garlic and chop it finely. Crush the garlic cloves.
3. Step
Heat the olive oil in the pan, add the bear's garlic and garlic. Cook until the garlic is golden brown.
4. Step
Add the cream and let it simmer slowly. Then add grated Parmesan and spices. Cook until the cheese melts and the sauce comes together.
5. Step
Mix the finished sauce with pasta and serve.
