- 75 g crystal sugar
- 10 g vanilla sugar
- 200 g All Purpose Flour
- 50 g corn starch
- pinch salt
- 500 ml milk
- 30 g melted unsalted butter
- 75 g unsalted butter
- 75 g brown sugar
- 6 g cinnamon
Whisk together the eggs and sugar. Add sifted flour, corn starch, salt, and whisk. Then add milk and butter, and mix well.
In another bowl, whisk the butter, then add brown sugar and cinnamon. Mix well.
Heat up your pan and add some oil. Once heated, pour in batter for one pancake. On top, pour a bit of the cinnamon mixture with a spoon into a swirl.
After a few minutes, flip the pancake, and fry it till light brown on both sides. Repeat for all of your batter. After frying, roll up your pancakes. Serve with jam, nutella, or fresh fruit toppings, and enjoy!
