VIDEORECIPE No-bake Chocolate Rice Bubble Slice
A crispy treat, super easy to make and super yummy!

- 4 cups Rice Bubbles
- 155 g chocolate chips
- 90 g butter
- 250 g marshmallows
In a big bowl, combine the rice bubbles and half of the chocolate chips. In a saucepan on low heat, melt the butter and marshmallows together. Then pour the marshmallow mix into the bowl with rice, and combine well.
Fit your baking tray with baking paper and grease with butter. Pour the rice mixture in, and spread evenly. Sprinkle over the rest of the chocolate chips. Let sit in fridge for 2 hours. Cut into squares and serve.
