- 2 Lobster tails
- 4 tablespoon butter
- 1⁄4 tsp paprika
- 1⁄2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1⁄4 cup Chopped parsley
Cut and peel apart the shells of the tails, then pull out the meat, though not completely removing it.
To make the sauce, combine melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, and garlic powder. Brush each tail with this sauce. Broil for 5 minutes, then brush with sauce again and broil for a few more minutes.
Bring the remaining garlic butter sauce to a simmer, add parsley and lemon juice, then pour over the finished lobster tails. Enjoy!
