- 1.2 kg chicken breast
- 2 tablespoon white vinegar
- 360 ml whole milk
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 3 tsp sweet paprika powder or Korean chilli powder
- 1⁄2 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- ground pepper
- 4 egg
- 3 cups Wheat flour
- 11⁄2 cups maize starch
Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces.
Mix milk with white vinegar. Add to the chicken the soy sauce, sweet paprika powder, salt and ground pepper. Mix together.
Add milk and vinegar mixture. Mix together. Let stand in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Add eggs and mix.
Mix the wheat flour, cornstarch, Korean chilli powder and salt.
Bread the chicken with the flour mixture.
Heat the oil to 170 °C and fry the chicken until golden brown.
Let the chicken cool down and heat the oil to 190°C. Fry once more.
