- 600 ml pomegranate juice
- 150 g sugar
- lemon juice
In a saucepan, place the pomegranate juice, sugar and the juice of a half lemon.
Bring to a boil and then cook at low heat until obtaining the desired texture. The suggested time is 30 minutes.
Store in a jar. Put it upside down until it gets cool. Then, place it into the fridge.
The pomegranate molasses is ready! Use immediately or store it for up to six months. Enjoy!
