- 400 ml coconut milk
- 500 ml heavy cream
- 100 g Shredded coconut
- 200 ml condensed milk
- 1⁄2 tsp cinnamon
Place the coconut milk, condensed milk, cinnamon and grated coconut in a large bowl. Mix well until it has a uniform texture.
Whip the cream well.
Mix both preparations with smooth and enveloping movements.
Reserve in a freezer-safe Tupperware container and cover it before putting it in the freezer for at least 6 hours so that it takes on the right texture.
If you want, you can fill some popsicle moulds and freeze them in that format.
If you make them in popsicle format, you can melt chocolate and cover the popsicles with it easily.
