- 2 scoops VPA Vanilla WPI
- 1⁄2 cup mixed seeds
- 1⁄4 cup chia seeds
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- Splash Water
In a food processor blitz all ingredients until they come together. Add a splash of water if the mixture is too dry.
Take about a heaped tbsp of mixture and roll it into a ball. Roll in coconut.
