- 1⁄4 kg pasta
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 small red onion
- 2 cans tuna
- 2 boiled eggs
- 8 stuffed olives
- 3 slices semi cured cheese
- 12 cubes turkey
- 1 can sweet corn
- 1 egg
- 1 glass olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 pinch salt
Bring the pasta to a boil with a handful of salt.
Cut the peppers into small squares and the onion into very fine julienne strips.
Remove the pasta from the heat and cool it with cold water under the tap. Then, add it to a bowl and add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Add the peppers, onion, tuna, chopped boiled eggs, olives, turkey cubes, corn and cheese. Add a pinch of salt.
Put an egg in a mixing glass, vinegar and salt. Cover with olive oil. Put the mixer in the bottom and beat without moving it. Then add the ketchup, and soy sauce and stir.
Cover the salad with the pink sauce and mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed and well-impregnated with the sauce.
Place in the fridge and leave to cool.
Before serving, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a few basil leaves cut by hand. Enjoy!
