- 2 bread
- 1⁄2 salad cucumber
- 20 g butter
- 2 tablespoon cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 6 sprigs chives
- lemon zest
- pepper
- fresh dill

1. Step
Wash the cucumber well and cut it into thin slices.
2. Step
Finely chop the dill and also chop the chives as finely as possible.
3. Step
Beat the cream cheese until very creamy. Mix with the mayonnaise, black pepper, lemon juice, dill and chives.
4. Step
Place the butter on the first piece of bread. Place the sliced cucumber on top and finish with a layer of cream cheese and herbs on the other loaf.
