- 3⁄4 cup whole milk
- 2 cups Self Raising Flour
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tsp salt
In a large mixing bowl, add flour and butter. Massage with your fingers until obtaining a sandy mixture.
Add milk and use a fork to mix. Then, use your hands to knead the dough for 1 minute. Shape a disc with the dough.
Grease a cast iron Dutch oven and place the dough there. Divide it into eight pieces, cover it with the lid and bake in a preheated oven of 200 °C for 40 minutes.
Let it rest for 5 minutes. Cut and serve. Enjoy!
