- puff pastry vol au vent
- olive oil
- ground black pepper
- liquid cream
Finely chop the onion, garlic and mushrooms.
Put a frying pan on the heat and add a drizzle of oil. When it is hot, add the onion and garlic. Fry for a couple of minutes.
Add the mushrooms. Fry for 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper and pour in the cream. Stir and reduce for 3 minutes.
Fill the vol-au-vents with the filling and serve for Christmas. Enjoy!
