- 2 Fennel bulbs
- 2 cups white vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 3 dried chillies
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tablespoon Coriander Seeds

Wash the fennel. Chop off the green stem part and put it aside. Save the dill for later.
2. Step
Chop the fennel lengthwise about 1 cm wide
3. Step
Pour the vinegar, water and sugar into a pot and add the spices. Heat and bring to a simmer.
4. Step
Place the chopped fennel into the pre-sterilized jar and add the brine gradually.
5. Step
Continue filling the jar with remaining fennel and brine until completely full.
6. Step
Close the jar tightly and set it aside to cool. Then, place it into the fridge.
