- 180 ml whipping cream or sour cream
- 120 g cream cheese
- 3 tablespoon green pesto
- 1⁄2 lemon juice
- 45 g butter
- 900 g boneless chicken thighs without skin, cutted
- 90 g well-chopped leek
- 110 g cherry tomatoes in halves
- 450 g cauliflower cut into small buds
- 200 g grated cheese
Mix the cream and cream cheese with the pesto and lemon juice. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken, season and fry until golden brown.
Place the chicken in a greased roaster and pour the cream mixture.
Place leeks, tomatoes and cauliflower on top.
Preheat oven to 200 °C (400 °F). Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for at least 30 minutes.
