- 1 spoon salt
- 1 spoon baking soda
- pork rinds or pork belly
In a saucepan add the salt, water and baking soda. Then, add the pork rinds and let them boil for about 30 minutes.
Remove the white foam that is coming off and after 20 minutes of boiling remove them from the heat and place them on a napkin and let them dry and cool for about 10 minutes.
In a saucepan add enough lard and before it is completely hot, add the pieces of pork rinds.
Keep stirring every 3 minutes. Fry until golden brown and crunchy texture. This process should take about 20 minutes.
