- 450 g dry biscuits
- 250 g dark chocolate
- 200 ml sweetened whipping cream
- 40 g sugar
- Coconut or pistachio and cocoa
Blend the biscuits or break them up. Then, transfer them to a container.
Add the dark chocolate, melted in the microwave or in a bain-marie, to the biscuits.
Add the liquid cream and sugar and mix initially with a utensil and then with your hands until smooth.
Break off small pieces, flatten them in your hands, fill them with a bit of Nutella, then close them and shape them into a ball
Roll the truffles in coconut, cocoa or pistachio and place them on a tray or serving dish. Enjoy!
